ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम शादी डॉट कॉम (All India Muslim Shaadi) एवं फैज़ाने गौसुल वरा एजुकेशन सोसाइटी (Faizane Ghausul Wara Education Society) के तहत संचालित वैवाहिक व सामाजिक सेवाओं के आधिकारिक नियम व शर्तें।
खाता सत्यापन हेतु न्यूनतम सहयोग राशि (Minimum Donation for Account Verification)
हिन्दी निर्देश:
बायोडाटा / प्रोफाइल को वेरिफाई करवाने के लिए न्यूनतम 500/- रुपये (₹500/- Minimum) का मदरसा सहयोग (Donation) अनिवार्य है।
विशेष सूचना: यदि सहयोग राशि 500/- रुपये से कम होगी तो हम खाता सत्यापित नहीं करेंगे (If amount is less than 500/- we will not verify account)।
English Policy:
To accept and verify any matrimonial biodata account, a minimum donation amount of ₹500/- is strictly required.
Important Notice: If the donation amount is less than ₹500/-, we will NOT verify the account.
नियम व शर्तें (आधिकारिक प्रति)
फॉर्म में आवश्यक मुख्य जानकारियाँ:
मदरसा रसीद व सहयोग राशि
रजिस्ट्रेशन फार्म जमा करने के साथ 1100 रुपये की मदरसे की रसीद कटानी होगी। जो कि गरीब बच्चियाँ पढ़ती हैं, उनके खाने-पीने और राशन के लिए है।
विशेष ध्यान दें: प्रोफाइल वेरिफिकेशन हेतु न्यूनतम 500/- रुपये का सहयोग अनिवार्य है। 500/- रुपये से कम राशि पर अकाउंट वेरीफाई नहीं किया जाएगा।
अप्रतिदेय सहयोग (Non-Refundable Policy)
एक बार रजिस्ट्रेशन हो जाने के बाद किसी भी वजह से जो आपने मदरसे को ताअवुन (सहयोग / Donation) किया हो, वह वापस (Refund) नहीं होगा।
रिश्ता तय होने पर ऐच्छिक सहयोग
रिश्ता तय होने पर लड़की वाले और लड़के वाले जो ख़ुशी से मदरसे का ताअवुन करना चाहते हैं तो कर सकते हैं।
काज़ी निकाह पढ़ाने की व्यवस्था
ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम शादी डॉट कॉम की तरफ से जो शादी कराई जाएगी उसका निकाह शादी डॉट कॉम की तरफ से काज़ी निकाह पढ़ाएंगे।
पारस्परिक तहकीकात एवं कानूनी उत्तरदायित्व से मुक्ति
फार्म के जरिये हम जानकारी एक दूसरे तक पहुंचाने की खिदमत को अंजाम देते हैं। रिश्ता करने से पहले लड़का लड़की के खानदान व घरेलू हालत की तहकीकात खुद करे और दोनों फ़रीकैन (दोनों पक्ष) एक दूसरे को अच्छी तरह से समझ लें। खुदा ना खास्ता मुस्तकबिल (भविष्य) मे किसी भी तरह के इख़्तिलाफ़ (विवाद) की सूरत में हमारी किसी भी तरह की कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं होगी। और कोई कानूनी कार्यवाही लड़के वाले या लड़की वाले संस्था/वेबसाइट पर नहीं करेंगे।
संस्था के जिम्मेदार को साथ ले जाने की जिम्मेदारी
रिश्ते के सिलसिले में अगर ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम शादी डॉट कॉम से किसी जिम्मेदार को साथ ले जाना है, तो ले जाने व वापिस लाने (आवागमन व ठहराव) की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी होगी।
सत्यता का घोषणा पत्र (Candidate Declaration)
मैंने फार्म पर जो जानकारी दी है, वो पूरी ईमानदारी व जिम्मेदारी के साथ दी है।
स्वीकृति एवं पूर्ण संतुष्टि (Complete Agreement)
मैंने ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम शादी डॉट कॉम के सभी नियम कायदे व शर्तें समझ लिये हैं और मैं पूरी तरह से मुतमइन (संतुष्ट व सहमत) हूँ।
Rules, Regulations & Code of Conduct
1. Charitable Madrasa Receipt & Minimum Verification Amount
Along with the submission of the registration form, an official receipt of ₹1,100/- is issued towards the Madrasa, which directly funds the lodging, education, and ration for orphan and underprivileged girl students. Policy Notice: A minimum donation of ₹500/- is strictly required to verify any matrimonial account. If the donation amount is less than ₹500/-, we will not verify the account.
2. Non-Refundable Contributions
Once the registration is processed, any charitable contribution (Ta'awun/Donation) made to the Madrasa and Education Society is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Voluntary Contribution upon Match Settlement
When a matrimonial match (Rishta) is successfully fixed and settled, both the bride's and groom's families may make voluntary charitable donations to the Madrasa out of happiness and goodwill.
4. Nikah Solemnization by Official Qazi
Weddings solemnized under the auspices of All India Muslim Shaadi will have the sacred Nikah ceremony officiated and registered by the official Qazi designated by the platform.
5. Facilitation Service & Independent Verification Disclaimer
Through this platform, we perform the noble public service of connecting families and facilitating exchange of matrimonial biodatas. Before finalizing any matrimonial alliance, both parties (the boy's family and the girl's family) must independently and thoroughly investigate and verify the family lineage, character, health, and domestic circumstances of one another. In the unfortunate event of any future misunderstanding, dispute, or marital discord, All India Muslim Shaadi / Faizane Ghausul Wara Education Society shall bear no legal or civil liability whatsoever, and neither party shall initiate any legal proceedings against the organization or its administrators.
6. Escort & Travel Responsibility for Organization Representative
If a family requests an authorized representative or elder from All India Muslim Shaadi to accompany them for family visits or match discussions, the complete responsibility and expenses for their travel, boarding, lodging, and safe return shall be borne by the requesting family.
7. Truthful Declaration
All information, credentials, contact numbers, family background, and photographs provided on the profile are certified by the applicant to be 100% accurate, honest, and submitted with complete personal responsibility.
8. Unconditional Agreement
The user and candidate's guardian (Wali) confirm that they have thoroughly read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the rules, terms, and guidelines of All India Muslim Shaadi and are completely satisfied.
